On the theme "The garden drinks (itself)", the 31st edition of the plant festival highlights sustainable solutions for watering gardens in the face of climate change and will also showcase a selection of juices, infusions and other liqueurs made from fruits and plants. On the program: - Conference "Garden plants & drinks" with Diane Akriche, advisor at the Herboristerie du Palais Royal in Paris, for an expert meeting on wild and cultivated plants. - Traveling conference "The garden drinks, water, source of life" with Emmanuelle Bouffé, landscape consultant at the Potager-fruitier. - Tasting workshop "Lemonades, sorbets and syrups" with Benjamin Revel, chef at the restaurant La Musardière in Giverny.
