Since 2016, Hélène and Guillaume Denize have taken over the family farm and increased the area of rhubarb grown, which is now 4 hectares. Hélène offers a range of processed rhubarb products: the non-alcoholic rhubarb sparkling wine "Lucie", the traditional rhubarb method "Laure" at 11% alcohol, rhubarb-based jams and compotes, and organic apple juice.
