“Le Château se Livre” is a young literature festival at the crossroads of genres, history and creation. Join us for its 3rd edition on the theme “War and Peace”, with the exceptional presence of Olivier Wieviorka. On the program: round tables, meetings and reading hikes, activities for young audiences, exhibitions... Faithful to the spirit and history of the castle, “Le Château se Livre” offers, in a spirit of conviviality, an interdisciplinary and contemporary program, by promoting - in an exceptional setting - dialogues conducive to meeting. This edition naturally fits into the castle's 2024 cultural season, entitled "War and Peace", and the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of the Liberation. Around thirty French and foreign authors from several literary genres will gather around the historian Olivier Wieviorka, guest of honor for this new edition, to shed light on and debate History with a capital H. Upstream , vote for your favorite author as part of the Readers' Prize organized with local libraries.
